Brazen Butterflies

Today's manicure began with a base coat and two coats of Sephora X Brazen. Next, I painted small amounts of Starrily Euphoria onto a piece of cosmetic wedge sponge, and dabbed that to the tips of my nails until I achieved the desired glitter gradient effect.

 Euphoria has adorable little butterfly glitters that I just had to have!!

Lastly, I added a layer of Gelous gel top coat to smooth out the glitter, and finished with a coat of Sephora X top coat.

30 Mani Marathon - Manicure 21: Inspired By A Color

I chose OPI Fly as the nail polish color inspiration for this manicure.

I began with a base coat and two coats of OPI Fly. I added one coat of China Glaze Faily Dust, and then a layer of top coat. Over that, I used Konad white stamping polish, and Bundle Monster plate BM-307 to create the butterfly design. Lastly, I sealed the manicure with another layer of top coat.

All A Flutter

Today I decided to do something different and use some nail polish strips. I began using them about 2.5 years ago when I became interested in doing my nails regularly. After I learned how to do my nails properly with polish, I stopped using the strips, but when I came across a bunch of them on sale for a dollar a pack, I couldn't resist! 

The strips I have used today are Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips in 'All A Flutter'. The polish strip package come with two sealed packs that contain 8 strips each in various sizes. I have done this manicure using 5 strips, half a strip on each nail, so only one pack was needed. This method allows me two uses per package of nail strips. I've topped them with a coat of Seche Vite to protect them from gouges, nicks, and scrapes.
